方管，顧名思義就是方形的鋼管，一般是由帶鋼或者是鋼板卷制焊接而成的方管。大口徑的方管有直縫方管和無縫方管。直縫的方管一般是由帶鋼或者是鋼板焊接卷制的。無縫的方矩管是由無縫管做母材，通過改拔或者是冷拔進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)，也就是所謂的圓變方。

　　方管是空心為方形的橫截面輕質(zhì)薄壁鋼管，又稱鋼制冷彎曲型材。現(xiàn)在最常見的材質(zhì)是Q235，其中Q235又分BCD等等級，有縫方管是以Q235熱軋或冷軋帶鋼或卷材為基礎(chǔ)，然后通過高頻焊接成形，這種方式只適用于普通要求的方管，通常性能更好，密封性更強(qiáng)的方管，我們通常采用無縫圓管，冷軋形成，相對于冷軋還有熱軋方管， 熱軋超厚壁方管以壁厚增厚而聞名，其硬度值根據(jù)硬度檢測程度進(jìn)行測量。

　　Square tube is a lightweight thin-walled steel pipe with a hollow square cross-section, also known as a steel refrigeration bending profile.
