樓板承重板主要用作模板，但也有封閉樓板承重板作為樓板的結(jié)構(gòu)部分。因此，不同的客戶在使用的時候會感到困惑。主要體現(xiàn)在:一，我不知道如何選擇厚度;二，材料的選擇。讓我們先來介紹一下這兩種地板承重板的特點和設(shè)計要求:

一、開敞樓板承重板。此樓板承重板主要用作模板。他的要求是在施工階段不能生銹，在施工階段不能倒塌變形。一般來說我們的鍍鋅量不低于80g，但是由于市場競爭，一些鋼廠生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品只有40g，或者設(shè)計院在建筑設(shè)計中不要求鍍鋅內(nèi)容。就這樣，常見的鍍鋅卷被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種小型建筑中。我們也遇到過很多使用開 放式地板承重板的項目，這些項目對鍍鋅有一定的要求:例如南京綠地項目，yx51-226-678地板承重板需要鍍鋅120g。

1、 Open floor bearing plate. The bearing plate of this floor slab is mainly used as a formwork. His requirement is not to rust in the construction stage and not to collapse and deform in the construction stage. 二、封閉樓板承重板。作為承載部分的地板，設(shè)計院在使用時會有材質(zhì)要求和鍍鋅含量要求(Q345B材質(zhì)，275g)。但事實上，我們的一些客戶在選擇的時候會降低材料的使用要求:比如書城體育館的型材鋼板選用的是厚度為0.8的Q345B材料，對鋅含量沒有要求。事實上，這與設(shè)計不符——但這就是現(xiàn)實。

2、 Closed floor bearing plate. As the bearing part of the floor, the design institute will have material requirements and galvanized content requirements (Q345B material, 275g). But in fact, some of our customers will reduce the material requirements when choosing: for example, the profile steel plate of Shucheng gymnasium adopts Q345B material with thickness of 0.8, and there is no requirement for zinc content. In fact, this is not in line with the design - but this is the reality.
