一、場地核實

1、 Site verification

1.在潔凈地面上初次處理之后，設備定位。按設備定位、設計圖紙對隔墻放線定位，確定現場尺寸是否與圖紙尺寸、設備位置有相沖突的地方；

二、安裝要求

2、 Installation requirements

1.內外圓弧固定：與彩鋼板連接一定要嚴實，外圓弧立柱不駁接，內圓弧連接點之間不錯位，縫隙嚴實。

1. Internal and external arc fixation: the connection with color steel plate must be tight, the external arc column shall not be connected, the internal arc connection points shall not be dislocated, and the gap shall be tight.

2.每一塊頂板與圍護板之間的固定一定有3顆鉆尾螺絲，圍護板、立板之間連接處上下各有一顆拉釘固定，邊施工邊固定，板縫一定垂直；

2. There must be three tail drilling screws between each roof and the enclosure, and a pull screw at the upper and lower joints between the enclosure and the vertical plate. The plate joints must be vertical while the construction is in progress;

3.T型吊梁固定：吊碼沿放線位置定位，間距不超過1.20m，T型梁與連接彩鋼板固定時一定用角鋁或角鐵壓緊，不得留有空隙，壓固體一定在兩塊彩鋼板連接縫之上；

4.槽鋁固定：固定槽鋁前一定先放線定位，偏差不能超過5mm，槽鋁用M5x30抽心鋁拉釘固定，間接不超過300mm，有門洞位置須設置雙拉釘，間隔不超過50mm；

5.風口安裝：天花上的風口安裝要按圖紙施工，避開T型梁。墻體上的排、回風口安裝要離地200mm；

6.外觀要求：整體安裝需平直美觀，不得有碰撞刮劃痕跡，要到才能撕保護膜，板縫連接平實，板縫間距3-4mm，打膠要滿縫平直，不得有縫隙；

6. Appearance requirements: the overall installation shall be straight and beautiful, without collision and scratch marks, the protective film can be torn only after reaching the surface, the plate seam connection shall be smooth, the plate seam spacing shall be 3-4mm, and the gluing shall be full seam and straight, without gaps;

7.門窗安裝：門窗的安裝位置和開啟方向按圖紙要求而定，單開門盡量在同一塊彩鋼板上，雙 開門的中 心線盡量在板縫連接處，以便切下的彩鋼板做門板，門窗的型材連接需嚴密，不能有縫隙，整體門拐留置尺寸一定統一；

7. Installation of doors and windows: the installation position and opening direction of doors and windows shall be determined according to the requirements of the drawing. The single door shall be on the same color steel plate as far as possible, and the center line of double door shall be at the joint of plate seam as far as possible, so that the cut color steel plate can be used as the door plate. The profile connection of doors and windows shall be tight without gaps, and the overall size of the door shall be uniform;
