一、純鋅鍍層鋼板零件表面發(fā)黑的類型

表面發(fā)黑常見(jiàn)的有兩種類型：臟污類（附著于鍍層表面的異物）和加工類（加工過(guò)程中造成鍍層表面特性變化），當(dāng)然在實(shí)際案例中這兩種類型可能是同時(shí)存在的。

加工類的黑斑產(chǎn)生原因有很多，鍍鋅層表面因?yàn)槟Σ翆?dǎo)致粗糙度被改變，或摩擦導(dǎo)致鋅粉堆積或熱鍍鋅鍍層氧化（受鍍層成分影響）等，都可能形成黑斑形貌。
